Temperament known Sean Penn took with him once again attore Oscar was charged with assault and vandalism on Friday for a fight with a photographer last fall. Time in jail would be nothing new for the acclaimed Penn, who was sentenced to 60 days in jail for punching an extra on a film set in 1987. Penn is no stranger to confrontation with the paparazzi, but this time faces a maximum of 18 months behind bars for beating a photographer and damaging his team during a fight, which was filmed and posted on TMZ.
