Temperament known Sean Penn took with him once again attore Oscar was charged with assault and vandalism on Friday for a fight with a photographer last fall. Penn is no stranger to confrontation with the paparazzi, but this time faces a maximum of 18 months behind bars for beating a photographer and damaging his team during a fight, which was filmed and posted on TMZ. Time in jail would be nothing new for the acclaimed Penn, who was sentenced to 60 days in jail for punching an extra on a film set in 1987.
