In Danny Boyle's "127 hours", James Franco plays real-life mountain climber Aron Ralston. The action film revolves around the American mountaineer who in 2003 was forced to cut his arm with a butter knife to free himself after being trapped under a rock in the mountains of Utah for several days.
Just before the break, the son of Green Goblin in Spider-Man, James Franco threw in a gel and a leather jacket for playing James Dean in the TV movie of the same name. Franco won a Golden Globe for his views on the incubator "Rebel Without a Cause" star was nominated for an Emmy for her portrayal of iconoclastic actor.
